Frequently Asked Questions

How do we get started?

To ensure your needs are clearly understood and achievable, we prefer to conduct our initial discussion either over the phone or via skype. (Face to face meetings can be arranged for Bendigo-based clients). We will then prepare a Proposal of Partnership, and arrange for a Client Agreement to be signed by both parties, confirming your needs, timeframes and payment details. This document also sets out other important factors such as privacy and documentation ownership.

How do we communicate?

As we operate virtually, the options available for communication are via email, phone, skype or social media private message options.


How much does it cost?

As we recognise that no two Clients are identical, and following our initial consultation, we will prepare a Proposal of Partnership, including our service packages which are individually tailored to meet the unique needs of our Clients.
We offer either packages or hourly rates payment options to help meet the needs of your business.

monthly retainer packages are available – depending on your ongoing business needs. The packages are charged in advance to reserve the number of hours your business will need virtual support for during the calendar month.

Gem Admin Package - $525 for 10 hours

Diamond Admin Package - $990 for 20 hours

We also offer hourly rates – suitable for ad-hoc tasks and projects.
$55 per hour for standard requests. $65 per hour for urgent jobs, public holidays or weekend requests. All prices quotes are excluding GST.

What are the payment options available?

Executive Virtual Associate's preferred payment option is direct credit (bank and account details provided on our invoices). Other payment options include cash, bank cheque and paypal. Payment method will be confirmed in our service agreement.

What are the payment terms?

Unless otherwise agreed in our service agreement, payment terms are 7 days.

How do we transfer documents?

When transferring documents, emailing is the obvious choice. However for large files this can often be a problem. Therefore, we recommend and prefer file transfers via Dropbox. If you don't already have a Dropbox account, please use the link below to set up your own free account. Dropbox is our preferred method of transferring data to and from our clients. How does Executive Virtual Associate collect personal information?

EVA will collect personal information directly from you. That collection generally occurs when you request a service or information about our services or access our website.

How does Executive Virtual Associate use my personal information?

EVA uses your personal information for the purpose for which it was collected, including (but not limited to):

  • Providing you with the goods or services you request;
  • Promoting and marketing our current and future products and services;

Will Executive Virtual Associate give your personal information to anyone else?
